Get ready for a culinary showdown at Tapas at Embrujo!

Some of the rules and conditions have changed and they are as follows.

This paella is for 10-12 people and it's about 10lbs.

It contains - Chicken, shrimp, mussels, rice 

Time limit of 45 minutes

Cost is $100

-IF you complete it in under 45 minutes the Paella is FREE!

-IF you beat the record currently set by Joel Hanson at 25 minutes and 3 seconds you get the Paella free AND you win $50 

-The challenge must be finished in one seating and you are not allowed to leave the table durring the challenge.

-challenge must be paid when ordered and will be refunded if you are successful.
